Before you purchase a lead
No refunds. Purchased leads are non-refundable once delivered. Rivven delivers the homeowner contact, job details, and any attached context within minutes of a successful purchase; refunds are not available for delivered leads, including leads the provider decides not to pursue.
No hire guarantee. A lead does not guarantee the homeowner will hire you. The homeowner is free to decline any quote, accept a competing quote, decide not to proceed, or never respond. Rivven matches — we do not close on your behalf.
