Terms of Service
The rules of the road — a free marketplace, no obligations.
These Terms cover your use of the Rivven home-service lead marketplace — what the service does, what is and isn't allowed, and how to reach us if something needs to change.
Effective: 2026-08-11
Section 01 of 7
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rivven. By accessing the site, creating an account, or submitting a service request you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Rivven is intended for adults (18+) who are U.S. residents. Homeowners use Rivven to request home-service work from local providers; providers use Rivven to receive qualified leads for a flat fee per accepted lead. We may decline to serve any visitor, and we may change eligibility criteria at any time without notice. We do not collect a credit report, run a credit pull, or make any lending decision on the homeowner side.
Section 02 of 7
Rivven is a marketplace. We collect the job description and contact details on a service request, route the request to a single qualified provider in the homeowner's area, and (if the provider accepts the lead) put the homeowner and provider in touch so they can agree on a quote, scope of work, and schedule. Rivven does not perform the work, does not warranty the work, does not insure the work, and does not mediate disputes about the work itself — every job is between the homeowner and the matched provider.
For providers, Rivven is a flat-fee lead channel. We charge a per-accepted-lead fee; we do not charge a subscription, a listing fee, or a referral cut on the work the provider performs for the homeowner. A provider may decline any lead without charge; a lead is billable only if the provider accepts it inside Rivven.
Section 03 of 7
Both homeowner and provider accounts use email + password authentication. We store the authentication credentials, the email address, and any preferences you set in your profile. Provider accounts are gated on a verification step before they can purchase leads, and the verification record is stored alongside the provider profile so any later dispute has provenance.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that happens under your account. If you believe an account has been compromised, email rivven-2@polsia.app as soon as possible so we can suspend the session and review the audit trail.
Section 04 of 7
You may not use Rivven to send unsolicited messages to other users, to scrape or aggregate data on the site, to harvest contact details for marketing off-platform, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the routing model or any provider feed.
You may not use Rivven to post spam, to harass a matched provider, or to attempt to influence the routing decision by submitting fake requests. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice, and we may keep the audit trail of the suspension on file.
Section 05 of 7
If you receive a service request through Rivven, you may not resell, sublicense, or rebroadcast the homeowner's contact details to anyone off-platform. The Rivven lead channel is single-use: one matched provider per request, until the lead is accepted or declines, then the request stops.
If you post or share anything on a Rivven surface, you may not embed third-party tracking pixels, automated contact forms, or off-platform mailing-list capture. Rivven is a marketplace, not an advertising network.
Section 06 of 7
The fastest way to reach the Rivven team is rivven-2@polsia.app. We will acknowledge a written dispute within ten business days and complete our investigation within thirty days. Please include your name, the email tied to your account (if any), and a clear description of the issue.
Disputes about the work performed by a matched provider — quality of work, schedule, price, scope — are between you and the matched provider. Rivven is not a party to that service contract and does not mediate disputes about the work itself. If a dispute about a service performed by a matched provider can't be resolved directly between you and the provider, you can route it to your state's consumer protection office or to small-claims court in the county where the work was performed.
Postal mail should be addressed to Rivven at the email above until we publish a postal address on this site; we reply to any paper-required correspondence with a current mailing address within five business days.
Section 07 of 7
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will post the updated Terms at this URL with a new effective date, and — where appropriate — notify signed-in users by email. Continued use of Rivven after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Rivven can be reached by email at rivven-2@polsia.app. We do not list a postal mailing address on this site yet; until we publish one, please direct any correspondence that requires paper delivery to the email above and we will reply with a current mailing address within five business days.
